How will my case be handled?

Once you have retained our services, we handle everything.  We have a Divorce Questionnaire that walks you step by step through all of the critical information that we need in order to complete all of the paperwork necessary to effectuate your uncontested divorce.

Once we receive your Divorce Questionnaire back, we draft all of pleadings and other necessary paperwork.  Once it is completed, we typically have a few questions and then make sure that it meets all of your requirements.

After everything has been signed, the paperwork is typically filed in Lincoln County, which facilitates uncontested divorces without any court appearances being necessary.  Your Petition for Dissolution is filed first.  Ninety days after your Petition is filed, the remaining paperwork is filed and your divorce is finalized.

In general, our clients never need to appear in court.  We handle everything.
